So to avoid the impulse to grab a slice of pizza every 5 minutes, make sure you stuff your desk with healthier options like small slices of fruits, yogurt, or a veggie salad.

Trick your mind by drinking. Yes, water is a potent solution to hunger. When you drink water, your mind would interpret is as solid food, thinking that you’re already ‘full’.

Eat Dinner At Least 2 Hours Before You Sleep: Sleeping immediately after a meal prevents adequate metabolization and causes weight gain. Ensure that there is a gap of at least 2 hours between your last meal and bed time. If you feel hungry, take a small snack or drink warm milk.

How to lose weight is an issue for many people all over the world. The health implications alone are certainly a reason to take some action, but it is the results we see as our bodies’ change that really motivates us to continue and hopefully, eventually succeed.
